Ordering a repeat prescription

Please note we do not accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone.

For patients needing regular long-term medication we have a computerised system for repeat prescriptions. To order please use the repeat order form found on the right hand side of your prescription, marking clearly all the items you need with a tick. Please only order what you require and place the request either in the box at the entrance to the surgery or at the local pharmacies, or you may post it to us enclosing an SAE.

Acute prescription requests.

On occasions you may wish to order medication you have been given recently but is not on your repeat order form. This you may do by completing an acute prescription request form. Please allow 48 hours for any request to be processed. In some cases the doctor may decide not to deal with your request because they may wish to see you for a review rather than issue a prescription. Please complete our secure online form

Repeat Prescription

Please allow at least 48 hours for processing. The completed prescription will be available at reception or upon your request at your designated pharmacy.

Try to organise your request to once a month. It is important that your treatment is monitored regularly, so please look out for any reminders on your prescription alerting you to the need to make an appointment with the doctor: for example, a medication review etc.

If you prefer you can order your repeat prescriptions online using the NHS Wales App
