Transport For Hospital Appointments

Eligible patients will need to telephone the Transport Booking Centre at least one week before the appointment date on freephone number 0800 32 82 332 When you ring please have a pen and paper ready and the following details:

• Address (including postcode)
• Telephone number
• NHS number/hospital number
• Name of hospital/clinic/treatment centre & department you will be attending
• Date and time of appointment

The booking centre is open from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
